Return & Exchange Policy

At Shree N.B. Gems, we take utmost care to provide genuine, natural and accurately represented gemstones.

   Gemstone Colour & Appearance

   Natural gemstones may show variations in colour, tone, clarity and appearance due to natural characteristics and different lighting conditions. The colour seen on a mobile/computer screen may also differ slightly from the actual gemstone.

   Natural Changes After Wearing

   Some natural gemstones may show changes in colour, lustre or appearance over time due to exposure to sunlight, heat, chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, sweat, moisture or other environmental factors. Such natural or external changes are not considered a manufacturing defect and may not qualify for return or exchange.

   Before Purchasing

   Customers are advised to carefully check the gemstone's photographs, videos, weight, dimensions, certificate details and other provided information before confirming the purchase. Our team can provide additional photographs/videos on request.

4. 04

   Return Eligibility

   Returns/exchanges will be accepted only if the gemstone received is demonstrably different from the confirmed/purchased gemstone or has been damaged during transit, subject to verification.

   Condition of the Gemstone

   The gemstone must be returned in its original condition, without any alteration, cutting, polishing, setting, treatment, damage or modification after delivery.

   Certificate & Packaging

   The original certificate, invoice and packaging (where applicable) must be returned along with the gemstone for an eligible return.

7. 07

   Non-Returnable Situations

   Returns may not be accepted for:

   • Change in colour, lustre or appearance caused by wearing or external conditions.
   • Scratches, chips, cracks or other damage caused after delivery.
   • Alteration, resizing, recutting, repolishing or setting of the gemstone.
   • Damage caused by chemicals, heat, perfume, cosmetics or improper handling.
   • Personal preference or change of mind after purchase, except where specifically agreed by Shree N.B. Gems.

   Return Request Period

   Any return or damage claim must be reported to us within [X days] of delivery, along with an unboxing video and clear photographs/videos of the gemstone and packaging.

9. 09

   Verification

   All returned gemstones are subject to inspection and verification by Shree N.B. Gems before any return, replacement or refund is approved.

10. 10

    Refund / Exchange

    If a return is approved, the applicable refund or exchange will be processed according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase. Shipping and other applicable charges may be non-refundable.

    Product Photos & Videos

    Gemstone photographs and videos are taken under different lighting, camera settings and angles. Therefore, the colour, brightness, tone and overall appearance of the gemstone may vary slightly between the photograph/video and the actual gemstone received.

    Natural gemstones are unique products, and the exact appearance may also vary depending on the lighting conditions under which they are viewed.

    The actual gemstone supplied will be the gemstone confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase. Minor differences in colour or appearance between photographs/videos and the physical gemstone will not be considered a defect or a valid reason for return.

Important: Natural gemstones are products of nature. Minor variations in colour, clarity, inclusions and appearance are inherent characteristics and should not automatically be considered defects.
