At Shree N.B. Gems, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something is not right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery — the 7-day period starts from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged and in original condition. Please retain the original packaging, invoice, certificates, tags, accessories and other accompanying materials, and return them wherever applicable. Product identification, quality or certification materials should not be removed, damaged, altered or replaced.
Every return is subject to review: the product may be inspected after it is received, and return approval is subject to inspection and verification. Products that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected. Please provide accurate order information with your request, and photographs or videos of the product or packaging if requested. Do not ship a product back without first receiving return instructions and approval from Shree N.B. Gems.

Responsibility for return shipping, and any associated cost, may depend on the reason for return. If the product was incorrectly supplied or arrived damaged, Shree N.B. Gems may provide appropriate return assistance after verification. For other customer-initiated returns, return shipping arrangements may be subject to review and approval. Return instructions shared with you at the time of approval will explain the applicable arrangement.
A refund is not initiated merely because a return request is submitted. The returned product must first be received and inspected. Once the return is approved after inspection, the applicable refund is initiated. Refunds are generally made to the original payment method wherever technically possible. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account can vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway or other payment service provider.
Where appropriate, Shree N.B. Gems may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Whether a replacement can be offered depends on product availability, the reason for return, the inspection result and the nature of the issue. A replacement is not guaranteed for every product.
